I ordered from rootedandgrounded.com the shipping took way longer than I expected. It wasn’t just a little late, like a day or two kind of thing, it felt like I was waiting forever. The tracking barely updated too, so I kept checking it in the morning, then again later, then the next day, and it was pretty much the same every time. It was one of those situations where you don’t know if it’s still in a warehouse, on a truck, sitting at the post office, or just lost somewhere. The item itself was totally fine when it finally showed up, so no complaints there, but the waiting part was frustrating. If I needed something quickly, like for a gift, an event, a trip, or even just something I actually planned to use that week, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

My order showed up packed really well, and everything inside was in good shape. The box did have a small dent, but thankfully it didn’t affect any of the items. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

The return itself went okay, but I was a little annoyed waiting on the refund. It eventually came through, so I’m not too upset, just wish it had been a bit quicker.

Setup wasn’t terrible, but it definitely took me a bit to figure everything out. The instructions were kind of vague in a few spots, if a company is going to sell something that needs assembly, they should make the directions clear enough for regular people to follow without guessing.

I’ve washed my Rooted and Grounded shirt a handful of times now, it’s still looking better than I expected. I kept waiting for the print to start cracking or peeling, but so far it hasn’t, and the fabric didn’t come out feeling stiff or weird after drying.
I was sure it would shrink at least a little, but it stayed more or less the same size. I’m not saying I expected it to fall apart or anything, but it’s been easier to wash and wear again than I thought, so yeah, I’m happy with it

Better descriptions and a few more photos would help a lot. Giving it 3 stars because it’s usable, just kind of lazy

I checked it with a multimeter and, yeah, it showed good conductivity, so it seems to do what it’s supposed to do. no real complaints about the product itself. I’m just taking off one star because the shipping was delayed a bit, which was, you know, kind of annoying

I ordered from Rooted & Grounded and was actually impressed when everything showed up. It feels sturdy and well made, not like cheap throwaway stuff. I’ve been using it for a little while now and it still looks just as good, so I’d definitely order again

I ordered a grounding sheet from Rooted and Grounded and have been using it most nights. i wasn’t expecting anything dramatic, but I do seem to feel a little more settled when I get into bed, and my sleep hasn’t been as broken as usual.
It’s not some instant miracle fix, and I think it took a few nights before I really noticed anything. Shipping was fine, and overall I’m happy with it. I’m giving 4 stars because the setup instructions could be a bit clearer, but common sense goes a long way once you get it figured out.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was nothing like I expected. The arms were too tight, while the body was oddly wide, so it just looked kind of awkward on me.

I did check the size chart before ordering, so I don’t feel like this was just a bad guess on my part. It seems like the sizing is inconsistent.

I tried Rooted and Grounded because I was hoping it would give me a bit more steady energy during the day. To be fair, I did notice a small boost some mornings, so I don’t want to say it did nothing. But it also wasn’t a huge difference for me, and there were definitely days where I couldn’t really tell if it was helping at all. The ordering process was smooth and I didn’t have any issues with it, so no complaints there. Overall, it was okay, just more average than I’d hoped.
